Overview

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) is the team selected by the U.S. Air Force to conduct Test and Operations Sustainment at the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold Air Force Base in Tennessee.  AEDC operates more than 55 aerodynamic and propulsion wind tunnels, rocket and turbine engine test cells, space environmental chambers, arc heaters, ballistic ranges and other specialized units located in six states. Many of the complex's test units have capabilities unmatched elsewhere in the United States; some are unique in the world. AEDC is one of three installations which are part of the Air Force Test Center (AFTC), one of six subordinate commands of the Air Force Materiel Command organization, and an important national resource.

 

AEDC’s mission is to conduct developmental test and evaluation for the Nation through modeling, simulation, and ground and flight tests.  Execution of the mission requires a large team of highly qualified and dedicated professionals from multiple technical disciplines to effectively accomplish the objectives of our test customers.

Job Summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Enterprise Project Analyst, supporting TOS II, at Arnold Air Force Base, TN. As a Digital Enterprise Project Analyst, you will work as a member of the Digital Enterprise (DE) Branch in the Mission Information Systems directorate to lead the implementation of data-centered projects and digital transformation initiatives to improve the AEDC ground test data infrastructure, facility operations, and business systems. The person selected for this role will work closely with multidisciplinary work teams throughout the Beyond New Horizons (BNH) organization to drive digital innovation and enterprise modernization efforts that will advance the capabilities and strategic objectives of the DE team.

Job Duties:

Leads and executes Digital Enterprise overhead projects independently, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment with organizational digital transformation goals.

  • Support the Project Managers managing large and complex capital improvement projects in an assigned branch.
  • Prepare and provide reports for assisting the Project Managers with tracking and control of the scope of work, resource utilization, schedules, and work accomplishments.
  • Collect and financial/project tasks for trends and clearly communicate this information to Project Managers.
  • Perform cost and performance measurement analysis against planned and estimated scope under the supervision of the Project Managers.
  • Support preparation of Project Plans and associated documents such as using cost, schedule, and performance objectives, resource plans, verification and validation and risk management plans
  • Assist Project Managers and other Branch personnel with the Configuration Status Accounting process.
  • Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions for cross-functional teams while ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all digital platforms. Leverages advanced data analytics tools to extract strategic insights, identify performance trends, and optimize digital ecosystem performance.
  • Manages procurement and resource allocation for DE branch projects, ensuring timely acquisition of technology solutions and services that support digital enterprise initiatives.
  • Collaborates with DE, ID&C, and IS&T teams to orchestrate seamless project integration and deliver results within established timelines using advanced project management tools including MS Project and P6 Primavera.
  • Delivers specialized training and establishes governance frameworks across enterprise teams for SharePoint and Cloud platforms, creating standardized best practices that ensure consistent implementation and security compliance.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • College Degree or equivalent experience of at least 4 years.
  • Current U.S. Citizenship is required. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • S or B.A degree.
  • Thorough knowledge ofgrammatical rules, spelling, punctuation, required formats, technical vocabularies and terminology common to the assignment, Document Control and Records Management systems and common office procedures, and professional telephone practices.  
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of data platforms.
  • Technical background
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and skills.
  • Effective leadership skills.
